Wwi German Iron Cross 2Nd Class Wribbon Vet ItemWwi german. 2nd class irno cross. ~ with ribbon ~. Estate item. This wwi german iron cross medal was purchased with some other military items form a local estate. Veteran was in wwii nad brought it back. Medal is standard size (1.75 inches across) and is complete with a piece of the issue ribbon. It is clean but nicely age tarnished overall, has a magnetic center and most all of the issue paint remaining to the cross center (see photos). Three inch piece of black/white ribbon (doubled over) remains attached as found (see photo). No makers marks to the ring or arm edges i can see. Really a nice, super clean vintaeg medal (see photos).
