Nice Prewwi German M71 Bayonet SidearmOffered here is a very nice pre-wwi german omdel 1871 bayonet or sidearm. vOerall in very nice condition. Solid brass hilt with iron crossguard. Bright 18 3/8 blade shows no signs of sharpening, just some spotting here and there. The scabbard is leather with brass fittings. The piece is completely unmarked. The scabbard looks to have shrunken abit as the blade will not go all the way in the scabbard. A nice example.
